2. Photography Booking Policy

Booking

All sessions must be booked through our website or via direct contact.

A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 7 days may result in a fee.

You may reschedule at least 48 hours/2 days before your session.

Image Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered within specific weeks or days depending on the type of shoot .

Raw photos will not be provided (unless stated otherwise).

Usage Rights

Clients receive personal-use rights.

Commercial use requires additional licensing.

3. Online Courses

Course purchases are non-refundable once accessed.

Students receive lifetime or limited-time access depending on the course.

Sharing login credentials is prohibited.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack.

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, videos, course materials, and content on this site are owned by STARDOM PHOTOS and may not be copied or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Missed sessions due to incorrect contact details

Loss of data caused by third-party services

Technical issues that interrupt course access

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
