At STARDOM PHOTOS, we strive to provide high-quality photography services and digital learning experiences. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for bookings, digital products, and online courses purchased through [website URL].


1. Photography Bookings

a. Deposits

All deposits paid for session bookings are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your date and time and cover preparation work.

b. Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be refunded.

If cancellation occurs within [7] days/hours of the scheduled time, additional cancellation fees may apply.

You may reschedule once without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours/2 days in advance.

c. Cancellations by the Photographer

If we must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:

A full refund, or

A reschedule at the next available date.

d. Delayed or Missed Sessions

No refunds for missed or late appointments caused by the client.

Sessions shortened due to client lateness will not be discounted.


2. Online Courses & Digital Products

a. Non-Refundable Policy

All digital products and courses are non-refundable, including:

Online lessons

Downloadable materials

Student memberships

Course access or bundles

b. Why No Refunds?

Because digital content is accessible instantly, we cannot reverse access once granted.

c. Course Access Issues

If you experience a technical problem preventing access, we will assist you in restoring access.

Refunds are only considered if:

You have clearly not accessed any content, and

The issue is due to a system fault on our end.


3. Reshoots or Revisions

a. Reshoot Eligibility

Reshoots may be offered if:

There was a technical issue (e.g., equipment failure)

The photographer did not meet agreed expectations

Reshoots are not offered for:

Changes in client appearance (hair, makeup, outfits)

Client dissatisfaction due to personal preference

Weather conditions outside our control (unless stated in your package)

b. Edits & Retouching

Additional edits beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.

Edited images are final once delivered and not refundable.


4. Turnaround Time

If image delivery exceeds the expected timeframe (e.g., [X] days/weeks), no refund is automatically granted.

We will inform you of delays and provide an updated schedule.


5. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Filing unmerited chargebacks is considered breach of contract.
